What is the meaning of Like new phone?
Like New phones are in impeccable condition, featuring excellent battery health and an appearance that’s as close to new as possible. While they do not come with original packaging (unless specified), they are shipped in a beautiful generic box—ideal for gifts and ready for immediate use, ensuring you receive a premium experience.
When will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery generally takes 1-3 working days. For quicker delivery, choose our next-day delivery service.
When will my order be shipped if placed on the weekend?
Orders placed between Friday after 3:00 PM and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or the next business day.
What is your refund policy?
Devices come with a 30-day refund policy. If you’ve used Clearpay or Klarna for your order, please note that refunds may be subject to a 10% deduction, as outlined in our return/refund policy. We appreciate your understanding!Refund Policy
What if the customer receives a damaged parcel?
If the parcel looks opened or damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and report to us immediately. All other damages to be reported within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the problem, provide reference images of the damaged parcel.
What is the warranty period for any device?
Devices in "Brand New" condition come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. "Used & Refurbished" devices come with a 30-Days seller's warranty for all the manufacturing issues.
What is covered under warranty?
The warranty covers all manufacturing-related issues with the device but excludes coverage for physical or water damage, electrical failures, short circuits, and battery-related problems.
What payment methods do you accept?
