Refund policy

All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless different terms apply to a specific product.

To request a return or refund, use the Contact Us form or send an email to info@httmobiles.co.uk. You can also contact us via WhatsApp. Wait for our confirmation before sending any items. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted, and HTT Mobiles Ltd will not be responsible for any resulting loss.

Return Scenarios and Conditions

I. Defective / Faulty / Wrong Item / Missing Parts

  • Report issues immediately or within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

II. Arrived Damaged

  • Report damage immediately and within 3 days of delivery.

  • A written statement from the courier company. It must confirm the damage that occurred during shipping.

  • Must include original packaging and all accessories.

III. Changed Mind / Ordered by Mistake

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for brand-new items that are still sealed.

  • Full refund is available for sealed, unused products.

  • Manufacturer seals must stay intact.

  • Provide a tracking number after dispatch.

  • If the seal is broken, refunds may be reduced by 10%–70%, depending on the product’s condition and usage.

  • Returns for generic accessories are not accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Prepaid return labels are provided for defective, faulty, or damaged items. If a label cannot be provided, customers must send the item back, and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

  • Changed mind or mistake returns require customers to cover return shipping. A prepaid label may be issued, with the cost deducted from the refund.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns after 30 days are accepted only under the seller's warranty, if applicable, and only for repair purposes.

Customers must cover shipping costs for return and re-delivery.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Warranty covers faults in internal components. It includes the battery, motherboard, display, camera, speaker, and charging port.

  • Software and system issues not caused by misuse or user error are included.

  • Battery performance issues beyond normal wear and tear are covered.

  • Complimentary diagnostics, repair, and replacement are provided.

This leading industry warranty applies to all refurbished devices, which include iPhones and Samsung phones.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover?

  • Warranty does not include physical damage like cracked screens and damage from drops.

  • Water and liquid damage are excluded.

  • Repairs and modifications by unauthorized parties are not covered.

  • Accidental damage, theft, and loss are not included.

We still provide affordable repair services from our Phone Repair Centre in Manchester if your issue isn’t covered.

  • Email info@httmobiles.co.uk with tracking number, courier name, and order number in the subject line. 

  • The same email can be used for return status updates.

Return Packaging Requirements

  • Label the order number on or inside the parcel.

  • Reset the device to factory settings. Remove all locks, passwords, and IDs.

  • Include chargers, cables, and accessories only if we tell you. HTT Mobiles Ltd is not responsible for items sent without instructions.

Processing Times

  • Once tracking confirms delivery, allow 1–3 working days for processing.

  • If repair costs require shared payment and no response is received within 2–3 working days, the device will be returned without repair.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not issued after 30 days, regardless of the issue.

  • Refund amounts are at the discretion of HTT Mobiles Ltd and may vary.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the item. Funds may take up to 14 working days to appear in the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Customers must understand the policy before dispatching items.

  • Prepaid return labels must be printed and posted; collection service is not offered.

  • Devices must be reset, unlocked, and ID-free to avoid delays.

  • Once a return is accepted, dispatch must occur within 7 days. Returns received after this period may be refused.
