At HTT Mobiles Ltd, we are committed to fast and reliable delivery of your mobile devices and accessories. Please review the following shipping terms carefully:


🚚 Same Day Dispatch

If you place and pay for your order before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday), we guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Note: Bank/public holidays are excluded from the same-day dispatch guarantee.


📦 Order Progress Updates

We will keep you informed throughout the process:

  • You’ll receive order confirmation and tracking details via email.

  • If you don’t see our emails, please check your Spam/Junk folders.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number and courier name for real-time tracking.


💸 Free Shipping Delivery Time

Orders with free shipping are typically delivered within 1–3 working days.
Delivery time may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Courier performance

  • External factors such as weather or public health restrictions


Next Day Delivery

If you opt for Next Day Delivery, we will prioritize dispatch and delivery for the next business day. However, in rare cases (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, weather disruptions), delivery may be delayed.


🚛 Delivery Partners

We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, or other reliable logistics providers based on your location and service availability. Couriers are selected for speed, security, and coverage.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment using the "Track Your Order" feature available in your email or SMS. Tracking links will show:

  • Shipment status

  • Courier information

  • Estimated delivery date


Delayed / Lost / In Transit Orders

  • For Next Day Delivery, if the courier fails to deliver on time, we will refund the shipping fee.

  • For Free Shipping, no refund is offered on delays.

  • If a parcel is lost or stuck in transit, a full refund will be issued after 15 working days from the shipping date, subject to courier investigation.


📦 Damaged, Opened, or Re-Sealed Packages

  • If the parcel is damaged, tampered, or re-sealed, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If you accept the parcel and later find it compromised, contact the courier company for evidence, then notify us.
    ⚠️ Note: Without evidence from the courier, HTT Mobiles Ltd is not liable for replacements or refunds.


📩 Proof of Non-Delivery

If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact the courier and request written confirmation that it was not delivered to your address.

  2. Submit the courier’s official response within 10 days of the delivery date.

  3. Email evidence to info@httmobiles.com

❗ We cannot process claims based on inquiry numbers or complaint references alone. Valid written proof is required.
