Warranty Policy

🆕 Brand New Products

All brand-new items purchased from HTT MOBILES LIMITED (10569140) come with an official Manufacturer’s Warranty. The manufacturer is responsible for warranty claims for a specific period. After the initial 30-day return period, HTT Mobiles Ltd is not liable for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer’s customer support directly unless otherwise stated.

📦 Pre-Owned Devices (Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Fair)

For all non-new devices, HTT Mobiles Ltd. provides a 1-year comprehensive HTT Mobiles Warranty, unless a manufacturer warranty is explicitly mentioned. This warranty covers all manufacturer-related faults and ensures a reliable, fully functional product.

Please Note:

  • "Like New" items may not come in original packaging.
  • Devices are activated before dispatch for quality testing.
  • Some stock may include display-used devices.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

The HTT Mobiles Ltd. warranty does not cover the following:

💥 Physical or Water Damage

  • Drops, impact damage, or water/liquid exposure
  • Water-damaged devices are not repairable and will be returned as-is

⚡ Electrical Failure / Short Circuit

  • Issues from power surges or short circuits are not covered

🔋 Battery Faults

  • Battery performance issues or defects are not included under warranty

🔧 Repair or Replacement Policy

Under the 1-year HTT Mobiles Warranty:

  1. Devices will be inspected and an attempt to repair will be made.
  2. If repair is not possible, a replacement device will be provided.

Note: The faulty device must be returned before a replacement is processed. No exceptions.

📌 Additional Conditions

  • If the issue is not a manufacturer defect
  • Or the device is inspected/repaired by a third party without written approval from HTT Mobiles Ltd.

👉 The warranty becomes void.

In such cases:

  • The customer bears the cost of parts/labor.
  • Pricing is based on:
    • The manufacturer’s or authorized dealer’s website (if available), or
    • HTT Mobiles Ltd.'s internal pricing (which is final and non-disputable).
