How Does This Postal-repair Service Work?
Step 1: You buy the service
- Select the model and the correct repair service from our website.
- If you are not sure about selecting the correct service, please send a picture of your device when it’s switched on, so we can confirm whether we can repair it for you. CLICK TO SEND A PICTURE
- You can check out with Paypal, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account for this.
- You will receive instructions about where to send your item (by post) when you complete the order.
Step 2: You post and send the device to us
- Please Write down these details on a note and leave it inside the package
- The order number
- Your contact number
- Return address
- Your device passcode
- Please note, we won't be able to test the device without the passcode before or after the repair.
- Please make sure you use a “signed-for” postal service. We suggest Royal Mail Signed For.
Step 3: We receive your device
- Once we have received your device, we will examine it for faults and ensure that they match the description you provided.
- Once booked into our system, we will notify you of its safe arrival.
Step 4: We fix it
- We will fix your device same day
- If there are any issues or delays with the repair, we will email/call you immediately.
Step 5: We return
- Once the repair is completed, we will return your device via using a 48-hour courier. A signature will be required on delivery.
- When we send your device out for delivery you will receive both a text and email notification containing the tracking details of your shipment.
- If you do not receive an email with the tracking details by Day 4, please give us a call.
